People are talking about the Constitution, and the Supreme Court, who currently seems to control what the Constitution means, and how it is applied. I say “currently” because they did not always have that control. They took it for themselves early in the history of the nation, and the Constitution, with a decree of the Supreme Court. That power was not given them in the Constitution. I wrote about that, in my very first blog on this site, and God endorsed the truth of it. It was on page seven of that blog, Blog 0001. I will repeat it here for your reference:
All the power of government, after all, comes from delegation from the people, and our rights, per our founding documents, are inalienable and come from God himself. The Constitution does not give the Supreme Court the sole power to interpret the Constitution. They claimed that power for themselves, outside of the Constitution, early in the republic. That is a power grab it is time to oppose, or our freedoms, and we ourselves, will come to an end.
In Marbury vs. Madison, in 1803, the Supreme court claimed it had authority to invalidate laws/actions of Congress and the Executive Branch and state governments – when everyone knew the Constitution stated no such power. In that decision, the Supreme Court did that to nobly refuse to take up a power the Constitution clearly did not give them, so they told Congress they could not, even though Congress put it in the law establishing the judiciary. That apparently got the much larger power grab accepted somehow, but now we have tyranny the founders never put in our founding documents.
If you actually read the full Declaration of Independence, you will see the ridiculous actions of the King of England to do with the courts and judges that did much to push us into a war of independence. We needed courts independent from a tyrannical king, but now we have created or allowed a tyrannical federal court system. Why should we allow five people, a majority of those on the Supreme Court, to overreach to the point of tyranny over three hundred and forty million citizens who delegated their unalienable rights to government? This court has taken actions that work toward the eventual persecution, imprisonment, and death of every Christian in America – by redefining the word “sex” in the civil rights code, and suddenly making holding Christian, Jewish, or Muslim morality punishable as a crime. Five unaccountable people in government forcing the vast majority of Americans to deny their firmly held religious beliefs, and the resulting moral code, is tyranny. The court turning morality upside down and persecuting people for very widely held religious beliefs was never intended by the founding fathers, or anyone else. They also made “science” on the matter undebatable, even by qualified scientists.
But now matters have gotten even more serious, with the Supreme Court taking actions not aligned with the original intent, or original meanings of the words in the law, or past precedents and understandings, and interpretations. And the actions now put even the future existence of the nation at risk, introducing severe national security risks. Enough is enough. And it is God saying it, and not just me.
This in a context that must be understood before I proceed. I explain that context in several blogs. The most important is Blog 0018 on AndrewHadden.com, titled, “Exposing Great Evil, as Witnesses, Announcing Great Change.” The great change there is explained more on AndrewHadden.org, in Blog 0018, “Explaining to Everyone What is Happening and Coming,” and Blog 0019, “The Two Witnesses.” The biggest change is that the end times have begun, but not the way the false teachers most publicized by the corrupt media told you they would. They had people expecting to be gone before anything bad happened. The truth is great evil you would expect in the tribulation has been going on in secret all around you, seeking to put the Antichrist in power by subterfuge, such as election fraud, propaganda masquerading as news, and controlling people outside their conscious awareness, to their great harm.
The Bible says, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free” (John 8:32 NKJV). The blogs I mentioned do a good job of telling you the truth of what is really going on, and the times we are in, related to the Bible, and the scripture being fulfilled. The end times have begun, but not with the rapture and all Christians gone before anything bad happens. But the news I share is much better than most would be expecting – because God is fulfilling the scriptures about the one-thousand-year reign of Christ, the millennium, before he fulfills the scriptures about the tribulation. That is not some wacky new view. It is a major view held by the Church for a very long time. It is called postmillennialism – a view holding that the physical return of Christ comes after the millennium, not before it. And those within that view also see Christ as ruling through his people, not by him being physically present. This is supported by Revelation 2:26-27 and 3:21, in speaking of overcomers ruling or sitting with him on his throne.
And note that the view most promoted by a corrupt media seeks to rob the Church of prophesied leadership clearly predicted in the Bible. They speak of the two witnesses only as two prophets coming at the very end, and only pronouncing judgments. The truth is that they are pronouncing judgments in defense of God’s people the world over, and those judgments come on those that seek to persecute, enslave, and kill God’s people. And it starts much earlier than the numbered days they prophesy in Jerusalem, at the end, highlighted in Revelation 11. They are defenders and deliverers of God’s people in the end times. It is much like a repeat of the role of Moses in Exodus, in freeing and leading God’s people to a new home. And the two witnesses are also predicted in Zechariah chapters and three and four, with the predictive prophetic types of the high priest and the governor, who are shown to be sources of God’s anointing and enablement for a great end times revival and harvest of souls, due to start any time. And note that they represent, and predict, leadership in both government and the Church.
So, now let’s look at reforming the Supreme Court, and properly interpreting the Constitution. Let’s even look at the need, and ability, to draft amendments to the Constitution, or a new Constitution, if that proves more suitable. The nation has done it before. They had the Articles of Confederation in the beginning, but assembled the founding fathers to give us a better basis of unifying, which was the Constitution we now have. We have seen how the present structure has been abused and manipulated to do unforeseen and unwanted evil. We can do better, soon.
Most look at the prospect of drafting amendments, and actually getting them approved, and ratified to become law, as practically impossible. But I can assure you that is about to change, and we should begin preparing for the opportunity soon to be before us. That opportunity will be the fulfillment of Christ’s parable of the tares, and his explanation of it, in Matthew chapter 13. This is a judgment of those doing great evil in secret, those who “practice lawlessness,” in secret, as also seen in two more of Christ’s warnings in Matthew chapter seven – warning of ministers who are wolves in sheep’s clothing, and those doing great works before men, but secretly practicing “lawlessness” – which is how Satan is worshiped in secret in this country, and across the world. Our society is riddled with these people, and God is about to judge them, in two phases, out of mercy to give the rest of them time to repent, and us time to cope with the shock of how many around us are doing great evil and plotting worse, including our imprisonment and annihilation.
Please understand that those gridlocking the legislatures and the courts, nationally, and at the state level, will be gone. We will have opportunity for change, great change, for the better. We need to be preparing for the opportunity. We need to be talking about what new corrective constitutional amendments should accomplish, and how they should be worded, or what a new Constitution should look like.
Let’s talk about areas of concern that need to be addressed:
Clearly set the boundaries of the courts, including so even district court judges cannot paralyze the implementation of what we elected officials to do, or redefine the Constitution and hold us hostage, until the Supreme Court decides to hear the case. And clearly set the boundaries of what the Supreme Court can do to turn the nature and culture of the nation upside down, against the will of the people, and all previous understandings of the law.
Establish more clearly how checks and balances work – including that the courts alone were never intended to be the sole and final interpreters of the Constitution.
Establish that courts are not allowed to write new law or change the law. Thus, they cannot change the very foundations of our culture and nation such as by redefining sex, or marriage, or what is a woman.
Establish how the law is to be interpreted – including applying rules applied to scriptural law for many more years than this country has existed. Such as using dictionaries and other documents from the period and culture to determine the intended meaning of the words – not new revised dictionaries written with political aims. And also require them to stick to the original intent of the lawmakers, and the people that elected them, if it is at all determinable.
Change whatever it takes to stop the courts from blocking election reforms, like campaign finance reform that limits contributions, and spending limits such that the rich and media owners can no longer tip or control elections. The courts equating such giving to unlimitable “free speech” seems twisted and simply finding a way to let the people that control the country continue to control the country. Protecting the “free speech” of the rich and powerful seems mostly a way to give the people with the most control more control, because free speech should not be given more to the rich and powerful, and protected more, for the rich and powerful. Do the rich get more constitutional rights, and the benefits from those rights, than every other man or woman in our society? Why not rather give equal free speech rights to everyone, by limiting contributions, and media purchases, to what every citizen, or the average citizen can afford?
And we must end “dark money” and make every dollar spent to tip elections traceable to what organization it came from and every organization that gave to it, and every natural person that gave to it, and who is on its board, or in another position of control, through all possible layers. The Antichrist himself hides behind those layers. The people need to know who is giving and spending to control, or take over, or ruin, our nation. And this money must be limitable also. And this should also ban or limit money being spent to hire paid protesters/demonstrators, many of whom seem to work hand in glove with the media to manipulate and deceive the voters.
Reign in the media to closer to what we had before the telecommunications act of 1996, that lowered some costs, but allowed a handful of monster companies to control all kinds of media in this country. Break up and limit the ownership, as was the case in the past. Antitrust law concepts need to be applied to the media and the flow of news and ideas to the public. This will protect freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Six people at the top of six monster companies cannot be allowed to control, not just elections, but news, and ideas, and textbooks for elementary school children all the way to graduate students.
Also to do with the media, we must overrule an unwise, and likely corrupt, ruling of the Supreme Court that set a different standard for slander and libel versus the rest of us, when they are talking or writing about public figures, and especially people who are candidates for public office, or already in public office. Again and again, people running for office, or even considering running for office are subjected to slander and libel by the media, in various forms. Different standards are applied than the law applied to everyone else. You have to prove actual malice, which is normally almost impossible. Many good people are dissuaded from even thinking of running for office by this tactic, and it is likely on purpose. This gives the media much more control over politics, and government, and public influence, and the marketplace of ideas, than they should have. The darlings of the media are protected and promoted by the media, and anyone else is driven from the public eye. This allows the media to control the nation. This must end. Even God says that the media rules the nation and ownership of the media must be limited.
What God says:
I was outlining, thus far, what I knew people could accept as known and recognized problems that we need to fix, as a nation. I wanted people to first accept that what we have in place now has caused some serious problems, and that there have been overreaches of intended power for a long time that are right and proper to correct, for reasons every citizen could recognize. I wanted to build a case for change before I gave you another reason for change, that might be considered by many to be new, but even more pressing than all the other reasons.
But this reason is not new, and this is not the first time our nation has considered changes based on this reason. Our very founding, and War of Independence, and the Civil War, were all based, in considerable measure, on this reason. That reason is to comply with “What does the Almighty God say and want?” Those that know what the Bible says, will recognize much of this as plainly stated biblical truth and morality, and the traditional morality of many centuries of Western Civilization. Those that know biblical history, and world history, will know that nations and empires that did not continue to comply with these things fell and were conquered by their enemies and disappeared from the world stage.
But now is different than all of world history. That is because God has clearly stated, in the Bible, that now is a time when Christ will rule his world much more closely than in the past. He will enforce his rule for the next thousand years. It was costly and led to ruin for nations to ignore Biblical morality in the past, but it will be swiftly disastrous now.
Here is what Christ relatively recently said about these matters and more:
The times are changing, very much. You’ll see, they’ll see. We start with the rules, from me, setting the ground rules. Obedience brings blessing. Disobedience brings judgment – swiftly. That’s how it will be.
No more ‘woke.’ No more same-sex marriage. Two sexes, that’s all. Illicit desires are illicit desires, perversion, not an ‘inborn identity.’ That stops now, or judgment is swift, very swift. Break up the marriages. Take the children away, adopted out. They cannot raise them. I will not entrust them with children, destroying them. We start now.
The Supreme Court gone. [I note that the context of this is him saying: “The Supreme Court will be gone, the evil ones,” so this is not the institution itself in reference.] No one has that authority, authority they stole, in the beginning, not in the Constitution. You were right. That’s why I had you say it. [In AndrewHadden.com Blog 0001, page 7.] We will make it stick. They used it for good, and evil, but they can’t have that authority. Courts don’t change law, make law, period. Prison if they do, their judgments overruled, by the Congress. Power much closer to the people.
The military, men only. [He means here the fighting men part of the military.] That’s how I designed them. Women – nurses, yes, doctors, lawyers, not fighting men, pilots of combat aircraft. They are not designed for fighting, but they can, if necessary, for themselves, children, when men are not available. ‘Rosie the riveter,’ yes, when necessary. The nation had the right plan, polluted it, ‘wokeness’ done early. Rape should not be a weapon of war, tears at the heart of everyone. Let’s not allow it, by women too close to combat.
Some might object to someone claiming that God is specifying to break up marriages that break his moral rules, and separate children. They might claim that God would never break up marriages and separate children. But they would be wrong. It was clearly done in the Bible when the Israelites sincerely repented from breaking his rules of not marrying those that were from other nations and serving other, pagan, gods. Here is the account of their repentance and the oath, approved by Ezra, for the Israelites to put away both the unlawful wives, serving pagan gods, and their children through them, to make right their having unlawfully married them:
Ezra 10:2-5
2 And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, spoke up and said to Ezra, "We have trespassed against our God, and have taken pagan wives from the peoples of the land; yet now there is hope in Israel in spite of this. 3 Now therefore, let us make a covenant with our God to put away all these wives and those who have been born to them, according to the advice of my master and of those who tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law. 4 Arise, for this matter is your responsibility. We also are with you. Be of good courage, and do it."
5 Then Ezra arose, and made the leaders of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel swear an oath that they would do according to this word.

These verses show that Ezra was a scribe, and priest, and knowledgeable in the law of Moses, and authorized to implement it:

6 This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which the LORD God of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the LORD his God upon him (KJV).
Ezra 7:10-11
10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
11 Now this is the copy of the letter that the king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, even a scribe of the words of the commandments of the LORD, and of his statutes to Israel (KJV).
